Clubhouse Reservations - anyone using the clubhouse must reserve it through the Point of Contact (POC), via Woodgate.townhomes@gmail.com or 618-830-4520.  Reserving the clubhouse for persons who do not live or own a home in Woodgate is not authorized.  If you reserve the clubhouse, you must be present and you are liable for any damage that may occur.  There is a fee for using the clubhouse ($25 for rental, $50 refundable cleaning deposit).   The cleaning deposit will be returned upon favorable inspection.  The Clubhouse may be used until 12 a.m. midnight.  Cleaning can be done the next morning with inspection time arranged with the Point of Contact person.  The clubhouse must be cleaned, vacated, and locked by midnight or by the end of your rental period that day or evening.  The clubhouse must be ready and available for rent for the next rental period (later the same day/evening or the next morning).  No overnight parties or sleepovers are allowed!

Cleaning duties:
  1. All furniture put back in their original position.
  2. Kitchen cleaned.  Ensure all food items are removed from refrigerator, OVEN, and stove top, cabinets.   
  3. Bathrooms cleaned. 
  4. Remove all trash and take it with you.
  5. All flooring cleaned. Mop and a vacuum are located in the supply closet for your use.
  6. Turn temperature back to posted levels on the thermostat
  7. Turn off all of the lights
  8.  Lock all of the doors
  9.  Return keys to Nancy as soon as possible.  Another owner may be waiting to use the club after you.

IMPORTANT:  Private parties will not have exclusive use of the pool at any time.  Do not enter the clubhouse party room with dripping bathing suits.  Do not sit on club furniture with wet/damp suits.  This will leave water stains and bleach the fabric (chlorine damage). Clubhouse furniture is not be used in the pool area or taken outside of the main club room.  The clubhouse is a non-smoking facility.  Please smoke outside the building and dispose of cigarette butts.
