Townhome development began in the mid-1980s and culminated with our community of 70 homes.  Original townhome plans presented four floor plan designs.  However, each townhome has its own distinct characteristics.   For example, some three bedroom homes have the master bedroom on the ground floor.  In other homes, bedrooms are upstairs.   Homes vary with one- or two-car garages.
